This bath soak has it all - the benefits of epsom salts, powerful 100% pure essential oils, organic lavender buds and chamomile flowers. Together this makes a wonderfully relaxing bath soak. Lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang and bergamont essential oils are combined for their therapeutic properties, but also to give you a wonderful aromatherapy experience!

Each glass jar comes with 8oz of Herbal Bath Salts, and a muslin bag. We recommend using at least 1/4 cup of salts in the bag, feel free to use more for a stronger bath! Place the muslin bag with salts in your hot bath, allowing the salts to dissolve and the herbs to steep in your bath water. We recommend soaking 15-20 mins. Once finished, drink a full glass of water, discard herbs and rinse out your bag. It's ready to use for the next time!
